How configure the scan to network folder in m3027 printing using windows10 x64?

 

I can not do the download of the hp printer assistence software.  It´s impossible configure the network folder in web page of the printing.

You will first need to ensure that your firmware is up to date as support for SMB V2, required to scan to Windows 10 was added later in this devices life. Go to support.hp.com to find the current firmware as well as find the directions on how to install. From there you will need to use the scan to folder wizard to configure. The wizard should be on the same page as the firmware.

thanks for your reply.

I have downloaded and install the last firmware, but in hp support, and drivers page, doesn´t exist for windows 10 the scan to network folder software. only for windows 7. it´s possible send me a link with the scan to network folder software for download and configure this function, on windows 10? the windows 7 version of software not compatible on windows 10.

I hate being the bearer of bad news but it would appear that this utility was never updated for Windows 10. The 3027 and 5025 they were designed to support were not big sellers and being well beyond end of support life it appears further development never happened. Your best options are likely to use scan to email. More steps as you will have to save the files after emailing them.
