Hi, where do I find the "everyday scan" on HP Smart or is there some other way to scan to tiff to my Macbook Pro? I have installed the full package. Do I also have to install all the optional plugins? Easy scan will not install, it gets stuck in the process? But from what I gathered here there should be an option called "everyday scan" on the HP Smart app, once everything is installed. But I only have "scan" and then choose either document or photo, and then I only get to choose between PDF and JPG which I don't have much use for.

I hope that someone can give me a simple explanation.

Hi,

HP Smart offers PDF or JPEG scanning only, Everyday scan options with TIFF formats are available by HP Easy Scan or via Apple Image Capture, please try scanning from the Apple Image capture application and there you should be able to scan as TIFF:
