We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Unable to scan a document on the laser jet using VueScan. VueScan will recognize the printer but will not execute the scan function. The fix recommended by VueScan was to disable TLS or HTT  PS in the scanner. In attempting to disable TLS, an error message was received stating that one of three choices must be selected for the SSL/TLS Protocols: TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, or TLS 1.2. Thus, still can't scan using VueScan. Has anyone experienced this problem and if so what was the fix. Thanks for your help.

HP recommends use of HP scan software or Apple's inbuilt scanning feature.

You may either use the HP Smart app or HP Easy Scan from App Store to scan from the mac.

For more info, refer to - How to scan with an HP printer

 

If you still wish to use a third-party scanning app and have issues, kindly contact the app developer for assistance.
