Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi

 

My HP 9010 was happily scanning and emailing scans that consisted of up to 30 or so pages, until a few days ago. As far as I know I made no changes in the settings or software. It will scan and email one page. 

 

It seems to scan all of the pages ok, but the email never gets to me, no idea where it goes-I do not get an error message.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to scan more than 1 page. To assist you better, I would like to know the following:

 

Are you trying to scan to email?

Which application are you using to scan?

Are you scanning directly from the printer screen?

 

Kindly download and install HP Smart app on your MAC to scan

Click here to download and know more about the app.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click here to know how.

 

Try scanning.
