Hi @RaafatQabodan,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Scanning does not need ink, but this is an all-in-one device and not a scanner.

Is the device has no ink or is it in an error state? If yes,  installing the device or scanning with it cannot be done as long as the error state is not being cleared.

You may try using a USB cable and check if that work, although it may fail too due to the error state, configuring the printer on the wireless network can surely not be done with such.

AIO printers are printers, therefore, they all check a few things including INKS during the warming-up process, and no INKS may not process.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
