This is just so frustrating that nothing works for this issue, for a product that I normally use daily. I really liked how my scanner worked, it was so fast and easy to use.
Hopefully soon there will be a FIX.

Just wondering if the recent update for Windows has fixed this issue.
I had to just buy a new scanner that was wireless from Epson, so I could continue to work with large documents that needed to be scanned.
I had paid $799 for my ScanJet, of course nothing wrong with it except for the update with Windows that prevented it from working.
[Scanners] Fixed: Apps might not recognize a scanner is available when it is connected.
