Hi,
The document fed scanning feature is producing output images that are tilted to the right.
I'm using the latest version of the HP Smart software. I've re-started the printer, rebooted my laptop, etc. I've tried all the basics.
In the HP Smart software I can manually adjust the output image by 1-2% and this straightens it up correctly. I don't see anywhere I can set this parameter for all scans.
The "auto-enhancement" options are turned on but don't seem to actually do anything because pages are still upside down or tilted so not sure if that ever works.
My questions are:
1. How do I fix this tilting problem for all future scans?
2. Can I scan both sides of the page without manually intervening each time to re-load the document feeder?
3. IS the HP Smart software the best to use?
Thanks in advance for any help/advice,
Rob

Then you have a defective scanner.
Some amount of tilt is tolerated, I think ( not sure) that up to 3 mm on the longer side if shifted is tolerated, everything above that is a defect in scanning.
