My scanner just stopped working.   It tells me to check with who installed it.   I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't work

I already asked why my scanner stopped working and no one has contacted me.   How do you speak with someone from HP?  Next step is to throw it out, buy a different brand and tell my friends to avoid HP.  This site is too difficult!
