Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

The document feeder for my HP Pro 9010 scanner ate a page of a document I was trying to scan and I cannot see how to disassemble the document feeder (on top the printer) far enough to get the paper out.  It is wrapped around the rollers inside the document feeder.  I can just see the paper, I cannot reach or pull any more of it out.  I don't seem to have Allen wrenches that fit any of the screws to disassemble it, and I was hoping it wouldn't come to that.  What are my options?

It's a little tricky to see from these views.  (It was hard to see the jammed paper at all.)  I bought some Torx wrenches, loosened some screws (that may or may not have been necessary,) and worked the jammed paper out.  Everything is working now, even the scanner document feeder, but it was a time-consuming and annoying problem to have.  I actually think the problem was caused by the document feeder being slightly open on the far side because raising and lowering the scanner cover can bend the whole assembly and cause the top feeder to pop out.  Thanks for looking at my problem.

Sorry, the solution was insufficient because there is paper wrapped around the rollers inside the feeder that the video did not show how to get access to.  It really needs to be disassembled because the paper is not accessible through any of the methods shown.  Thanks for trying.

Where exactly did the paper wrap around!

Because there are 2 parts, an upper part (large image) and a lower part (small image section).
