Although I can print and scan from my PC to the OfficeJet Pro 8720, but if I try to scan from the LaserJet to a PC I get an error message that "No Computer Is Found." It worked fine yesterday, but not today.
Steps I've taken:
1. Turned the LaserJet off and on
2. Turned the PC off and on
3. Removed the LaserJet from my PC (Printers and Scanners) and reinstalled it
4. Tried to use HP Doctor (or whatever it's called)
5. Redownloaded the HP software
None of this worked. This is a new printer (one week old). Before I return it I thought I'd try this forum. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Hi,
Open the HP Officejet 8720 icon on your desktop and click on Scan, then click on Manage Scan to Computer and ensure the feature is enabled
If any error is presented click the Disable button, once it is disabled uncheck the bottom checkbox and close the dialog.
Now open it again, check the bottom checkbox back and enable the feature, then check your printer front panel for your computer.
