Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I try to use the scanner and it gives "Scanner in use" message. Same message from Desktop and laptop, both via wifi. Also will not scan direct to plugged in USB.

 

I have run scan doctor from desktop and it fails but will not fix.

 

Printing is fine.
