Scanner is not working. It will not open from the icon on my desktop or any other location. It has been working great. Printer is still working fine.

Sometimes, depending on the system that the machine currently has, some settings are lost.

Have you changed computers or updated your system?

I have the same problem as Sarah.  It worked for a year and now when I click on the scanner icon it does not open the software
