Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I use a scanner Scanjet Enterprise 7000s2. If I scan more than few pages in 600dpi I have the error message : "Echec de conversion du document numérisé. ErrorCode : 0x8004c201", and the lack of the digitization in progress. This with 2 different PC running under Win10.

Does anyone have an answer?
