Hi I have been using an;
HP LaserJet Enterprise Flow M880z A3 Colour Multifunction Laser Printer
And in the most part this has operated successfully. Recently I scanned a carbon page from a pad and just one section of the carbon copy was missing on the scan. I used the same pen and I hope the same pressure when writing so I’m not sure why this would be the case. Can anyone offer a suggestion as to why the text would be missing?

Hello @RichKing1
Maybe you can try this settings in order to correct that issue :
Use the "Optimize Text/Picture" control panel feature
- From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch Copy.
- FutureSmart 3: From the Home screen on the printer control panel, select the Administration menu, and then select Scan/Digital Send Settings.
- FutureSmart 4: From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe right to navigate, and then touch Settings, and then touch Scan/Digital Send.
- Touch the Options or More Options button.
- From the list of setting options, select Optimize Text/ Picture.
- Select the Text option to copy or scan documents with highlighted text or pastel colors with text.
Change the Image Adjustment setting options:
- From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch Copy.
- Touch the Options or More Options button.
- From the list of setting options, select Image Adjustment.
- Adjust the Background Cleanup slider to the left to the following setting: -1.
I hope this Info helps you
