Product: HP office jet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer is working but my scanner is not; when I click in Hardware properties it says “ currently this hardware device is not connected to the computer (code 45). To fix problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer. How do I reconnect??? Thanks!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Hows is the Printer connected to your Computer? If it's via the USB cable, unplug and plug it back.
