Scanner not works on Linux Mint 20, but works on Linux Mint 18.

Hello i have problem, try today install Linux Mint 20 and got issue, printer works fine and i can print but scanner not work.

I try reinstall hplip but not help to me, installed old Linux Mint 18  and there all works.

Please fix driver for Linux Mint 20 and hplip, cause i want fresh system for home and no need old version.

After update Linux Mint from 18 to 19 too got issue with Scanner on: Laser Jet MFP M433a.

So:

• Linux Mint 18 - print and scan works fine with official drivers + hplip.
• Linux Mint 19 - print works fine but scanner not with official drivers + hplip and yes i try install older hplip but got tons errors.
• Linux Mint 20 - print works fine but scanner not with official drivers + hplip and yes i try install older hplip but got tons errors.

I try  too but not works with scanner only on Linux Mint 20.

Did you tried to use another distro? Maybe you have issues just on Mint...

It works perfect on Linux Mint 18 but scanner not work on Linux Mint 19, 20.

I try all solutions but no one help to me and other who use Linux Mint 20 too have issues with scanner only.

If no one want fixed drivers for customers, well then ok i use Kubuntu a alternative distro...
