A few days ago I requested help because in my printer 4500-G510g-m) the scanner was not recognized by the system ( https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Scanning-Faxing-Copying/HP-Officejet-4500- G510g-m-not-recognized / mp / 8282238 ). After numerous procedures everything seemed to be solved, but after four days (!) the problem returned: I can print with the Windows 10 driver, but HP Smart, and not even other apps (Windows Scan, Windows fax and scanner, etc.) do not see the scanner. Since instead only one app, Vuescan x64 works (but it is paid!), I must deduce that it is not a hardware problem; can you help me again please? II read about similar problems from other users! Thank you.
