Product: Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
Operating System: Other

I have an Officejet Pro 8600 Plus.  Scanner will scan first page but not a second.  Will not save at all.  Scanner was working OK until I installed Catalina so I'm wondering if I need new drivers.  When I search HP it looks like this printer is not supported anymore.  Any thoughts?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the scanning issue. 

 

To better assist you - Are you trying to scan using HP Easy Scan or Image Capture?

 

To resolve this issue, make sure your Mac is updated to macOS 10.15.3 and HP Easy Scan is updated to the latest version.

Also, try updating your Mac using these steps - How to update the software on your Mac

 

Try updating the printer's firmware using these steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
