I have an HP Envy 6052 that is out of warranty. I have the HP app installed on my iPhone and I go to scan and sometimes I can get it to work but most times I get “scanner busy.”  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the HP app. I have tried unplugging and plugging printer back in. Any helpful tips? I am at my end with this printer and wish I hadn’t purchased it now. It only scans about 25% of the time and there is no rhyme or reason I can figure out why it will one day but won’t the next day.

There are always problems with the mobile phone network. So if you have a problem, you should wait a while and try again later.

It worked without problems before, didn't it?
