Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I received a new replacement model from HP.  When I ask it to scan Entire Screen area, it only scans 8.5x11".

Hi,

Make sure you set the Source as Flatbed Glass, then set to scan entire glass area and it should scan its entire area.
