Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the app, unplugging the printer for 30sec, while it was on and turning on with lid on.

Also rebooted my Mac.

Does anyone have another idea?

HP Easy Scan is not yet compatible with macOS 10.15. I suggest using HP Smart app or Apple Image capture to scan from your MAC.
