Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Scanner won't connect to server after the MSN password was changed on my laptop.  Wireless connection to print works great.  However, when I try to scan a document to email to laptop, it now says can't connect to server.  I presume it is due to MSN making me change my laptop password.  How do I correct so my scanner will connect again?  Thank you so muh.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

You'll have to set up scan to email again.

 

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03953891 (though it says LaserJet, it is meant for all Printers)

Thanks for replying. To re setup the scanner,  do I do that at the printer or on the laptop? Is it easy & are instructions anywhere? Thank you!!!
