Product: HP ENVY 114 e-All-in-One Printer - D411c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The scanner will provide a preview of the document, but it won't recognize that a memory stick has been inserted int he USB port. I've run HP Doctor, which says everything checks out fine. The firmware and drivers are up-to-date. I've recycled the machine.  I've tried 5 different sticks that all are recognized by my laptop. I've inserted the USB stick before and after recycling, et etc, etc.
