How can I fix the scanner so it scans full width documents instead of narrow as it has suddenly begun to do?

Hi @Miz_RD,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to scan full width of the orginal document.
To assist better -
- What is the size of the documnet you are trying to scan?
- Are you able to make copy of the orignal document ?
- What application are you trying to scan from?
Let me know!
