I recently scanned another art piece and noticed the image was smaller than the actual size. It defaulted to 8.5x11, and the paper size is greyed out. I used to be able to set it to full size. Now it only scans 8.5x11. I literally scanned something full size a week prior to this, and now I am unable to change the scan size. It's as if someone just bricked my scanner.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Are you using HP smart app or scanner bed for scan jobs?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
- Open the HP Smart Document Scan Software.
- Select a scan profile, and then click Edit profile.
- On the Scan tab of the Profile Settings dialog box, click Page Size.
- Select the appropriate long-page option.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
