When i try to copy or scan (from the printer or computer)and whether the copy is hard copy or a scan to computer, if B&W fine copy and scan. If color, then entire copy, & scan is covered with aqua blue cover. I can find no blue plastic protector that has been left on the printer. I have wireless connection thru a router to computer and printer. I am using a Lenovo all in one computer and have tried my lenovo ideapad with similar reults. I believe my operating system is windows 10 with 64 bit but could be windows 10 with 32 bit. I can't attach a sample of B&W or color from my desktop to this message.
