Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to setup Scan to Email on one of our printers but keeping getting the following message:
SMTP Email Server Error. The Server might be down or busy. Please try again later.
I've checked all the details my end and they are correct. I've restarted the printer and have re-setup the network with the correct details on the printer but continue to get this error. I have tested and am able to print no issue so I don't think it's a network error onsite.
Any help would be appreciated.

For me the issue was that Pasting the password doesn't work.
You need to either type it out, or on one machine I could paste then click the "Eye" icon to reveal the password in plain text. I clicked back in the password field and hit save.
On some machines the "Eye" icon was not there so I had to type the password.
All go after that.
