Hello for some reason out of the blue when I scan documents of the same size the end up in different sizes when I save them as a pdf.  Has anyone had this issue?  I downloaded a separate scanner only program but now it is now working.  it scans the first page and then says it can communicate with the computer.  I have removed all drivers, added drivers, done up dates.  Oh I also download software from the MicroSoft store and I it lets me save as jpegs but not pdfs.   Is there a chance this could be a firewall issue?   I have tried to search that to no avail.   Help please!!!
