H i, I used to have a windows 7 computer and used the same printer/scanner that I currently have. I was able, through the scanner, to scan multiple pages and save them as individual PDF files. I have just switched to using windows 10, and when I added the Office Jet Pro 7740 to it, it added HP Smart to the system, and I am using the scanner through that.
It does not give me the choice/options to go in and adjust the scanner settings for my needs, the way the application did when using windows 7.
How can I get this scanner to scan multiple pages and be able to save them as individual PDF files?
Please Help!!

Hi,
Follow HP Easy Start and be sure to install the HP Basic or Full Feature Device Software option:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart_11_0_4498_30.exe
Once completing the installation, open the HP Officejet Pro 7740 software and click on Scan a Document or Photo.
Click More > in the side panel, and then select the Destination tab, then click the PDF option under the File-Type drop-down menu.
Check the box to Separate file for each scanned page and press OK, then save the scan shortcut and scan.
Regards,
Shlomi

I clicked on the link and installed the full version. Now it give me an icon for TWAIN management, it tells me to Select A Task and press the scan button, but - there is no scan button! I did look in the More section and there is no Destination section.
Now, I also installed the HP Easy Scan on my personal desktop computer, which is a Mac Mini, and that DOES give me the option to save the entire scan as a single file or it will separate them for me, but my HP laptop (which is what I am trying to get this working on right now, and is my work computer) isn't doing what you think it should.

You should not use the HP Twain Administration software, but the HP Scan Software.
As listed on my previous post, from your desktop click the HP Officejet Pro 7740 icon and click on Scan a Document or Photo, this will launch the HP Scan application and then my previous steps should be followed
