HP ENVY 5532 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When scanning an image the preview is of the full image but when scanned and saved to the lap-top the image is broken down in to several individual images. There may be as many as six files of the whole image. Is there a setting that will stop this?

Hi,

Open your printer softgware and select the Scan tab, then press Scan a Document or Photo.

Select the image shortcut you use such as Save as JPEG

Within the left pane change the Scan Size from Auto Detect to A4 / US Letter or Entire Scan Area, then press OK and save the changed by pressing the disk icon.

Now press Scan and check for any difference.

Click the Yes button to reply that the response was helpful or to say thanks.
