My OfficeJet 8122e printer, following a driver update, is no longer scanning editable (OCR) pdf files

Please advise a proper driver to overcome the issue

As such, premium scan features - including using HP Smart to Scan and Save content as Searchable PDF - is part of HP+

Try / Consider

• Restart printer and device (computer, tablet, phone)
• Recheck that you are signed into the HP Smart application with your HP Account.
