I have an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw. Up until recently the printer/scanner has worked fine. Recently I've tried to scan a document (2 page letter) and I get the following message........ "E-mail size is too large. Some pages were not sent. Either send fewer pages at a time or reduce the scan resolution. I've never seen this error message before.
I've tried sending just one page with the same result and have no idea how to change the scan resolution. As mentioned above, up until this recent scan, it's all worked fine when scanning a document to my email.
Glass is clean, cartridges are full...........I'm using an iMac Desktop with OS Ventura 13.1
Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @Cosmo100,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
I see that the scanned documents are too large and cannot be attached to the email, let us try to isolate and resolve the issue-
- Have you tried a different format to save the scanned files?
- Which format are you currently saving the documents in?
Follow the steps from this document here and see how it goes.
