Hi there,

 

I need some help scanning from my HP Office Jet Pro 8025e to my laptop computer which is a MacBook Air.

I’ve not had trouble in the past but I just noticed that I don’t have the HP icon in the dock with my other applications.

 Now I am unable to scan to my computer.

Help would be appreciated.

Hello @CTGan , how are you ?

 

Try installing the driver below:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-officejet-pro-8020e-all-in-one-printer-series/model/37934576...

 

If it doesn't work, there really isn't a more current driver for this model at the moment.

 

I recommend installing the basic driver, or waiting for future updates from the HP website.
