Product: Office jet Pro 8600 Plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My scanner is scanning black and white and I have it set to color. 

I've turned the unit on and off. I've closed the app and restarted it. Same issue.

In my printer setting, it is not set to black and white

Does it matter if the ink cartridges are low?

Any advice would be helpful
