Hi

 

I just bought HP officejet pro 8725, The issue that I faced is scanning in high resolution, The HP application gave me 300 dpi maximum.

 

How to scan in resolution higher than 300 dpi ?

Hi Hassan,

Scanning in higher resolutions is only supported from the Flatbed glass.

 

Place your original on the flatbed glass ans set the Scan Source as Flatbed Glass (instead of Automatic Document feeder (if loaded)) from the HP Scan software, then higher resolutions will become available.

Hi Hassan,

Scanning in higher resolutions is only supported from the Flatbed glass.

 

Place your original on the flatbed glass ans set the Scan Source as Flatbed Glass (instead of Automatic Document feeder (if loaded)) from the HP Scan software, then higher resolutions will become available.
