My printer is working fine, but for some reason the scanner is not working. Every time I go into the app to scan it tells me "Scanning us Currently Unavailable" and to go Home and check that my printer is connected and active or that i can use the Import feature. I have already uninstalled the app and installed from the Microsoft store and it didn't change anything.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-8020-all-in-one-printer-series/242...
Download from Software -Utility "HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories" and install.
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
