Hi,

I am facing a problem with my new HP 3 in 1 Printer 3635. Whenever i am trying to scan any page, Scanner is not able to scan the complete A4. It always leaves 1cm from the footer. I have official documents to scan and the footer is always missing/ Please advise if anyone has faced this or any specific settings are required to change?

PS: pls note i am keeping the A4 page aligned as per the scanning tray and the scanning rod doesnt go till the end.

Thanks

Hi @AsmaSid

This example will show you how to create scan shortcuts.  You can set it as a default scan and do not need to do that each time you scan.

Create a scan shortcut and high resolution scans

Hope that helps!
