When scanning documents using the documents, the scanned copies are not straight, and appears to be out of alignment. This happens with both the document feeder and the flatbed. Printed documents from the computer are straight. In order to get scanned copies that are close to being straight, I can only place them on the flatbed, and tilt the page a bit to compensate. 

 

I have seen this issue raised in the past. Has anyone been successful getting it resolved?

Some skew is under tolerance if the skew is out of tolerance a user can't do much the printer needs to be serviced/replaced.
