I am trying to upload a document using my HP Printer/Scanner. I initially used the feeder option but it’s not scanning double sided. Then I attempted to use the flatbed option but the scanner does not appear to be responsive. What should I do?!

Hi @IvetteElisa

Thank you for responding.

I understand that you are facing issues with HP LaserJet MFP M234sdwe Printer, Also could you please confirm When you tried the flatbed option, did the scanner show any error message or simply fail to respond? However I would reqeust you to please follow the below steps

  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Connect the power cord directly to a wall outlet and to the printer.
  • Turn on the printer to complete the reset.

Clean the automatic document feeder (ADF)

  • If your printer has an ADF, clean it regularly to help avoid paper jams and quality problems.
  • Get a lint-free cloth and distilled water.
  • Remove the original document from the ADF.
  • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
  • Open the ADF cover.

Lifting the ADF cover

  • Find the paper pick rollers and the separator pad inside the ADF.
