I am trying to upload a document using my HP Printer/Scanner. I initially used the feeder option but it’s not scanning double sided. Then I attempted to use the flatbed option but the scanner does not appear to be responsive. What should I do?!

It’s an hplaserjetm234sdwe printer/scanner, unfortunately I can’t seem to locate the model #.
