Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy 6055. When I scan a photo it is always saved at 96DPI.  Before scanning I select 600 DPI but it always saves at 96DPI. If I scan at 600DPI how can I save the JPEG at 600DPI

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

You can change the resolution on the Printer software ( you need to ensure you have installed the FULL feature software) 

Do ensure that your Source is "Always scan from the glass" and then select the "Resolution" to 600 dpi.
