I bought new HP Laser 135w (4ZB83A). Unfortunately I am not bale to scan with an acceptabel resolution.
All I can get from HP smart and Windows scanning software is only 300 dpi and below.
According to the specifications it should scan at "Scan resolution, hardware Up to 4800 × 4800 dpi"
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06271550
I read and tried many suggestions but none of them worked.
I do not have a feeder so it is ''scan from glass'' by default.
I tried to install HPEasyStart_13_3_3.exe but it leads to the only option of running HP smart.
Please help!
