officejet pro 9020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Started getting scanning problems. It says that scanning to your computer is disabled. Have run through everything possible but it has not resolved. Scan Doctor says the printer and scanner are working. I can do everything with the printer but not scan. Scanning with HP Smart app is not possible.

Hi,

Open the HP Officejet Pro 9010 Software on your PC, select Scan and press on Manage Scan to computer.

If you see any error there, press Disable.

Uncheck the bottom box to Automatically start scan to computer and press on Close.

Allow it 30 seconds and press on Manage Scan to Computer again, check the bottom box back and press the Enable button.

May you see any difference now?

Hello,

Thanks for the answer. I cant find the menues you are talking about. I can only use the HP smart app with my 9020 printer, but no luck finding a solution.
