I am trying to scan a document I have tried placing it on the plate and the auto feed but get the same results. I have also tried going through the app and directly from the printer. I am scanning an A4 document but it prints out at a reduced size with the edges missing. Has anyone any ideas how to fix this? Thanks

Hi @Ivan-P,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.

If you're still having the same problem, I'm really sure if the printer is capable of scanning A4-sized paper, but if it is then uninstall HP Solution Center and HP Imaging Device Functions from the control panel>add/remove programs then reinstall.
Click here and Just select your operating system and look for the "Full Feature Software and Driver" installer. That's what you need to download and run.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
