Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have used ENVY 4520 for years.  Sometimes the scanning software can't find the device.  In the past, a simple restart solved the problem.  Now that doesn't work and I can't scan from the computer at all.  The print from computer function works fine for all applications.  My printer/scanner is USB connected (no wi-fi).
