Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Using HP Smart app on both my iOS phone and on Windows 10 is producing an error: "There was a problem running your Shortcut. Please try again later." when using a previously working shortcut to scan and then send the resulting jpg file to my Dropbox. I've already disconnected and reconnected the connection to Dropbox. I started noticing this on Saturday August 3rd. The last know successful Dropbox scan was July 20th. I also verified that other scans (to my email for example) are still working. Using my email is not an acceptable solution in the this case.
