Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I want to scan photos in TIFF and the HP Envy Photo 7855 only allows scanning to jpeg.  How do I convert from jpeg to tiff?  The jpeg files that I am scanning are too small.  How do I scan to a larger file?  Thanks for the help.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

First install the FULL feature software:

HP Envy Photo 7855 | 7155 | 6255 Connect Printer Wirelessly Download & Install Software

 

Next, startup the HP Scan software and select "Everyday Scan", change the "Destination" to "Tif" and scan!

 

Save as Tiff on HP Photo Envy 7855.jpg
