Product: Mfp126nw
Operating System: Android 8 Oreo

My documents are fairly scanned on my computer wirelessly but are not scanned on my android or apple mobile via app. No issues in wireless printing from mobile and laptop. Printer is MFP 126nw laserjet. Please help.

Hi,

I afraid the printer is not supported by HP Smart, scanning to a mobile device is not supported by the M126 printer:

Only printers supported by HP Smart support mobile scan capabilities.

Wich app do you use ? Please use HP Smart app to scan. You can use Google Play/Store to search for and install HP Smart app.
