We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I have tried several times to set up scanning to network folder with no joy.

My computer name is Stew1 and the folder I want to scan to is users\user\public\public documents.

I have used \\Stew1\users\user\public\public documents as the folder address but it fails when tested.

Both network discovery and file and print sharing is turned on.

Is anyone able to walk me through setting this up?

I have tried both methods and cant make either work.

When tested I get the error cant connect to server.

This might require one on one interaction with the support team to fix this issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
