Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended
M1530 MFP Series PCL 6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All of a sudden when scanning, the output is too light.  I have to set the scanning to -64 in the lighten / darken box.

Copies are fine - the printed output is not light at all.

I tried plugging directly to an outlet.  Tried  unplugging for a mnute.  Nothing works.

Thank you!

Dianne

Thank you!  I did everything except uninstalling the software.  None of those ideas worked.

But after uninstalling and reinstalling the HP software and drivers, it worked!

Thank you again!
